1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ISLEday! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Be sure you read the whole text and if you do not agree to these Terms, please contact us before any booking or do not use ISLEday’s services.

2. Description of Service

‘’ISLEday’’, ‘’isleday’’ and ‘’ISLEDAY’’ is a greek boat rental company, registered with VAT id EL133796158 owner of website www.isleday.gr where provides a platform for renting skippered rib boat for day trips from Athens to various destinations. Our services enable users to discover and book exciting excursions to explore the beauty of the Greek islands. 

3. Booking

By requesting a booking for a trip through ISLEday, you agree to abide by our booking policies, including payment terms and cancellation policies. By clicking ‘’book now’’ on our website, you start a request for booking for the date and cruise of your desire. 

A booking request is valid after confirmation of our team and paying 50% of the requested amount. 

4. Payments

After the confirmation we will ask you for a 50% advance payment for your booking, where you can pay it via bank transfer or paypal. Then, your booking is confirmed.

No later than the day of your cruise, you have to pay the remaining amount via bank transfer, paypal, card(on site) or cash(on site).

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your cruise anytime and your refund will be: 

• full amount minus 40€ for management fee, for cancellation up to 5 days before cruise
• 50% of the paid amount, for cancellation less than 5 days and more than 24 hours before cruise
• 0% for cancellation less than 24 hours before cruise 

 If you are up to 24 hours before your cruise, you can reschedule it (depending availability) but no refund will be given to you in case of cancellation.

Any cancellations made by our team, including rough weather, boat problems or any other reason, will be fully refunded as soon as possible or rescheduled. You agree that in cancellation by our side, the refunded amount will be no more than the payment you made.

6. Services during cruise

You can choose the route that suits you better, among our ready packages ‘’The Athenians’’, ‘’Saronic day’’, ‘’Aegean day’’ where there are ready routes, specific information and prices about each destination. 

All prices include 24% VAT.

Each route is calculated in a way that you can stop at 3-5 spots and cruise up to 2-3 hours, including fuel. 

Swimming spots are either some of the famous beaches,coves etc of the island, or some secluded ones, where you can stay longer in a place you like more. Moreover, we can sail you to the main or a smaller port to disembark, visit local shops, restaurants etc. 

If you want a different route, you can choose between ‘’custom my day’’ and ‘’special day’’ or inform us about your plans, to give you a customized offer based on your needs.

For your trip, we will provide you with beach towels(1 per person), alcoholic drinks (not unlimited), sodas, water and light snacks like tortilla sandwich(1 per person), fruits, salad (1 per 4 persons).

Please inform us for any allergies you have.

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Our skippers are experienced and certified professionals, seeking for your pleasure and safety. Each route will be executed by skipper’s approval and all passengers should comply with the instructions and regulations provided.

Smoking is allowed during cruise if it does not cause damage to the boat.

Pets are allowed to cruise if they remain calm, behave normally and do not damage the boat.

People with special needs may face difficulties while cruising, in embarkation/disembarkation of the boat so we recommend advising us before your booking.

You agree to use ISLEday’s services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

While you are cruising, you are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, infringing upon the rights of others, damaging our boat or disrupting the proper functioning of our platform.

ISLEday reserves the right to take legal action against you for any damage caused to its property.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided on ISLEday’s platform are the property of ISLEday or its licensors. By using our services, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the content or materials provided on our platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ISLEday’s services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. 

Our boat is insured for third party damages.

Individuals remain accountable for their actions despite any external factors such as alcohol consumption, medication intake, allergies etc. These conditions may influence behavior or reactions, but ultimate responsibility lies with the individual to manage and mitigate any potential risks or consequences associated with them.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISLEday and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modification and Termination of Service

ISLEday reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services, as well as your access to our platform, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Athens, Greece.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ISLEday regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
